摘要火箭贮运发射箱发射技术在我国未来火箭武器系统中有着重要的应用前景,因为贮运发射箱发射技术能够提高火箭武器的装填速度、缩短发射准备时间、提高火箭武器系统机动能力。本论文主要是依据贮运发射箱的设计原则和设计依据,并参照其他武器系统的设计经验与方法,完成贮运发射箱箱体、前后箱盖、导轨、适配器及闭锁挡弹器的结构设计,然后通过有限元分析来校核贮运发射箱的强度是否能达到要求。最后用UG绘制贮运发射箱的三维实体图,用AUTOCAD完成重要零件的二维图绘制。59778

Title A Kind Of The Storage-Transportation-Launch Canister Structure Design
Abstract
The storage-transportation-launch Canister technology is an importance of the rocket weapons in our country.Because the advantage of enhancing the filling speed of the rocket firing system, shortening the time for firing preparation, and improving the mobility of the rocket weapon system can by the storage-transportation-launch Canister rocket technique reflect . This paper is based on the design basis and principles of the storage-transportation-launch Canister, using the design experiences and methods of other weapon system for reference,complete the storage-transportation-launch Canister structure design of the box, front and back cover, rail, adapter, latching rocket retainer, and if its
rigidity and intensity meet the require is validated by the finite element analysis. Finally, draw the three-dimensional solid of the storage-transportation-launch Canister by using UG, and drawing two-dimensional mapping with applications of AUTOCAD.
