摘要本文主要是针对口径为35MM的火炮身管缠度进行测试,由于口径比较小,该项目采用手动测试(手动推杆的方式)的方法进行缠度或导程测量,采用两个角度编码器,分别测量角度和位移,通过一定计算方法来获取火炮身管的缠度或导程,组建了一套手动缠度测量系统,并达到了要求的主要技术指标。系统包括硬件和软件两部分,该论文负责相关硬件选择、调试和数据分析,以及基于labvieW软件设计,硬件主要包括角度编码器 、测试机构和PXI数据采集器系统;软件主要包括使用labview7.1编写的程序,信号调理,数据采集,数据分析。主要完成以下任务:通过数据采集卡把轴角编码器前进或后退产生的长度信号和角度信号,送信号处理电路进行处理,再送至PC主机去进行处理。主机处理后会在屏幕上显示出结果:数据表示和波形表示,也可进行打印输出。61402
