摘要:当前有用的轧辊冷却在竞争日益加剧的市场上,必要的减少生产成本,成为了各公司提高本身企业实力的重中之重。体现资金占用较多的一个项目---轧辊消耗,轧辊使用寿命的长短是其最简单明了的表现。轧机辊子冷却效果试验装置是基于轧钢机工作中滚子冷却的原理,运用调速电机及喷水的大小、方向等可调,及加热温度调节装置,完成轧钢机所需的任意工作状况,是现代轧钢机轧机辊子冷却效果试验装置的重要实验设备。本文主要针对轧机辊子冷却效果试验装置的控装备进行系统的研究开发,对轧机辊子冷却效果试验装置的过程进行有效控制。在此基础上加装温度控制装置、转速控制装置、冷却水的控制装置等。通过改变这些参数,不断实验已找到最佳的轧辊冷却参数。试验装置具有对轧辊加热、测温的功能、试验装置能够对喷射角度、喷嘴安装位置、喷射距离、喷射流量等参数进行调节、 为保证结构可靠性,需要对各零件的刚度和强度进行校核计算。69480

Abstract: Currently effective roll cooling on the intensifying competition in the markethas become the top priority of each enterprises improve their competitiveness.As a project of more capital, roll consumption,the length of the roll service life is the most direct performance.Mill roller testing the effect of cooling device is based on the principle of rolling mill work roller cooling technics of speed regulating motor and the size and direction of water jet is adjustable,and heating temperature control device,any working conditions needed to complete the rolling mill,is the modern rolling mill rolling mill roll cooling effect important experimental equipment of test apparatus.This article mainly aimed at the mill roller test unit cooling effect of system control equipment research and development,process for the rolling mill roll cooling effect test device under effective control.In addition, the temperature control device, the speed control device,the control device of cooling water, etc.Through changing parameters,the best roll cooling parameters have been found.Test device has the function of roll heating, temperature,test apparatus capable of injection Angle, nozzle installation position,adjusted by the parameters such as jet distance, jet flow,To ensure the dependability of the construction,it is necessary to check all the parts of the stiffness and strength calculation.
