摘要： 独立审计是资本市场的一个基础性构件，是上市公司财务报告供给链上重要的一环。高质量的审计是资本市场效率的重要组成部分，而审计质量又由专业胜任能力（发现错弊的概率）和独立性（揭示错弊的概率）共同组成。因而，审计独立性是一个倍受关注的问题，堪称注册会计师职业道德的精髓所在。审计职业界能赢得今天的社会地位和声誉，在很大程度上源于审计独立性以及对这一问题的持续关注。审计职业界、监管机构及学术界一直不断探索审计独立性问题，从审计职业产生迄今未停止过。27828

The Independence of CPA Auditing
Abstract：Independent audit is a basic component of the capital market. It is also an important part of the listed companies' financial reporting supply chain. Quality audit is an important part of capital market efficiency, but also by the quality of auditing professional competence (the probability of finding the errors and omissions) and independence (the probability of revealing the errors and omissions) common component. Thus, audit independence is always highly focused, which called CPA ethical essence. Audit profession has won social status and reputation like today, in large part due to auditor independence and continued attention to this issue. Auditing profession, regulators and academics are constantly exploring audit independence and has never stopped since the audit profession generated.
This paper studies the status quo of CPA audit independence and impact factors of this status quo. Then it analyzes these factors, identifies measures to ensure that the audit work to be carried out smoothly.
