摘 要：近几年来，随着我国经济的不断发展，在我国资本市场中占有重要地位的证券行业也得到了快速的发展。与此同时证券公司的营销方式、经营模式和金融产品等也得到不断发展和丰富。但由于我国证券市场起步较晚，对行业认识欠缺，在财务管理方面存在滞后性，2013年光大证券出现的“乌龙指”事件就暴露出了该公司因为在财务管理方面的建设不足而导致现下公司存在许多潜在的漏洞。在证券公司的管理工作中，财务管理是重要的组成部分，它的好坏将直接影响到证券公司各项管理工作的顺利进行，所以，改变我国如今证券公司松散和滞后的财务管理模式是一项非常重要的任务，有利于我国证券行业的良好发展。55278

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of economy in our country,the securities industry which has an important place in our country’s capital market also has a rapid development. At the same time ,the securities company's marketing mode, management mode and financial products also get continuous development and rich. But as a result of securities market in China started late and lack of understanding about the industry, so the securities company has a lag in the financial management,.In 2013 the “oolong means”occoured in Everbright Securities which exposing the loopholes of the financial management.As an important part of the management of securities companies, the quality of the financial management will directly affect the smoothly management of the securities company work , so, change the lose mode and the lag of the securities company’s financial management in our country is a very important task, and that will be a conducive task to the development of the securities industry in our country .
