摘 要：任何公司自成立之日起,财务风险就相伴而来, 财务风险是公司财务管理过程中必须面对的一个现实问题,财务风险不可能完全消除,但可以通过分析产生风险的原因,探索风险控制的方法,有效防范财务风险,靠负债经营的保险公司更应如此。保险公司作为经营风险的主体,尤其应注意自身财务风险的识别、管理和控制,财务风险不可能完全消除,但可以通过分析产生风险的原因,探索风险控制的方法,有效防范财务风险,本文从保险公司财务风险的表现形式出发,分析财务风险发生的原因,并提出管理和控制保险公司财务风险的具体措施。59142
