摘 要：在现代市场经济条件下，负债经营已成为企业迅速壮大发展的重要途径。本文通过分析江苏金叶粮油食品有限公司在负债规模、负债结构、偿债能力、资本成本等方面的现状，找出了江苏金叶粮油食品有限公司存在负债过大、负债结构不合理、偿债能力不足、资本成本过高等问题。通过分析这些问题，提出了把握适度的负债规模、确定合理的负债结构、提高偿债能力、完善筹资结构四个方面的改善建议，希望有利于金叶粮油食品有限公司负债经营，同时可以促进公司的整体发展。67434

Abstract: Under the condition of modern market economy, liability operation has become an important way for enterprises to grow and develop rapidly. By analyzing the status quo of the JiangSu Gold Leaf Grain and Oil Food Limitied Company in the liability scale, the liability composition, the debt paying ability and the cost of capital to identify the problems of JiangSu Gold Leaf Grain and Oil Food Limitied Company in too much debt, unreasonable liability structure, insufficient debt paying ability, the high cost of capital and other aspects. Through the problems, we can put forward four recommendations in these areas, including grasping the appropriate liability scale, determining the reasonable liability structure, improving the debt paying ability, perfecting the financing structure in order to hope that it can be advantangeous to JiangSu Gold Leaf Grain and Oil Food Limitied Company to operate of liability, and at the same time to promote the overall development of the company.

1 引言
