财务报表分析的实质是反映各种会计数据在企业财务状况和经营活动中的重要意义及其在某一段时期内所发生的变化趋势。其目的在于确定并提供会计报表数字中包含的各种趋势和关系，为有关方面特别是投资者提供企业偿债能力、获利能力、营运能力和发展能力等财务信息。本论文以澄星股份有限公司为例，通过对该公司的财务报表进行分析，找出存在的问题，提出改进建议，为经营者提供改善企业管理的努力方向，为利益相关者有效使用财务报表提供参考。9306

The Analysis of Chengxing Corporation Financial Statement
Abstract ：Financial reports provide financial situation and operating results to the information user. But the exact information can only get from the analysis of financial report.The essential of financial statements analysis is to reflect the important significance and varying tendency of some accounting data in corporation finance status and management activities.Its purpose is to identify and provide digital trends and relationships that are contained in the financial statements, to interested parties and in particular investors with business solvency, profitability, viability and development capabilities, and other financial information.It should meet the decision demands of relevant benefit group,the management in and out of the corporation. In this paper, Chengxing Company. as an example, through the company's financial statements for analysis so that the company statements users fully understand all levels of the company's viability, profitability, solvency, and other comprehensive financial information.

（一） 研究的背景和意义
随着经济全球化、资本市场的繁荣，财务报表分析在社会经济活动中的地位越加上升。财务报表分析作为一种管理工具，不但能为企业的经营管理提供有利的决策支持以增强企业间的竞争力，并能挖掘企业的“潜在力”；而且也充分考虑了企业与投资者、债权人、国家等各种决策的需要。近年来，上市公司的财务报表分析越受公众关注。如何读懂财务报表中传递的信息并做出正确的实证分析，是信息使用者面临的现实要求。我们可以看到，财务报表分析将会有更广阔的发展前景，在经济决策中发挥重要作用。
