    摘要: 青冈复合群于东亚常绿阔叶林有广泛的分布,是此区域森林生态系统的重要建群种,它们在文持热带、亚热带常绿阔叶林生态系统中起着非常重要的作用。叶表皮微形态和叶结构特征一直以来被广泛地运用于栎属的系统学研究。但是,这些研究多集中于栎亚属植物,对青冈亚属叶表皮形态报道相对较少。本研究通过光学显微镜观察,对中国华南分布的8个种,15个青冈居群的73个个体的叶表皮形态进行观察比较和差异性分析。对青冈复合群叶表皮的毛被、气孔以及垂周壁等微形态特征在分类系统学上的意义进行了初步讨论。研究发现:褐叶青冈Q. stewardiana和曼青冈Q. oxyodon与其他种的差异性尤为明显。在所观察的样本里只有在褐叶青冈Q. stewardiana中观察到了乳突,只有在曼青冈Q. oxyodon中观察到了简单星状毛,并且这两种特征分别是褐叶青冈Q. stewardiana和曼青冈Q. oxyodon所特有的。不同种间的青冈在毛被类型、毛被密度以及气孔大小和气孔密度上均存在差异性。同一种不同居群青冈间的叶表皮特征也存在一定差异,但是这种差异并不显著。另外,气孔以及毛被密度的差异说明海拔及气候因子对叶表皮的这些微观特征有着重要的影响。24337

    Leaf epidermis features variation of Quercus glauca complex
    Abstract:  Quercus glauca complex is widely located in the East Asian evergreen broad-leaved forest, this species is important to build regional forest ecosystems in maintaining tropical and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest ecosystem plays an important role. Micro-morphology of leaf anatomical characteristics and leaf structure have long been widely used in phylogenetic study of the genus Quercus. However, the study focused on Quercus subgenus plants, coverage of subgenus Quercus glauca leaf epidermis was relatively small. This study observed by optical microscopy, for eight kinds of distribution in southern China on leaf epidermis stoma, 73 inpiduals leaf epidermal morphology of 15 Quercus glauca were observed populations and differences in comparison analysis trichome and cell wall features in the classification systems, such as learning the meaning of preliminary discussions had been held. The study found: Q. stewardiana and Q. oxyodon are significantly different from other species. In the observed samples, papillae was observed only in Q. stewardiana. And simple-stellate was only observed in Q. oxyodon. And these two features are unique to Q. stewardiana and Q. oxyodon. Different species of Quercus glauca are different in hair types, hair density, pore size and pore density. One species Quercus glauca among different populations are different in leaf epidermal characteristics, but this difference is not significant. In addition, the difference of stomata and trichome density reveals that altitude and climatic factors have an important impact on these microscopic characteristics of leaf epidermis.
