摘要:白背飞虱作为稻飞虱中的一种,是亚洲地区最重要的水稻害虫之一。此外,地球磁场作为无处不在的非生物因素,除可在动物定向行为中发挥作用外,其强度的变化也可对生物产生磁生物学效应。本论文基于昆虫生态学,以白背飞虱为模式昆虫,从生长发育和翅型分化两个方面,开展了近零磁场对白背飞虱的磁生物学效应研究。研究结果表明,近零磁场显著延长了卵期,同时显著延长了若虫的发育历期。翅型分化方面,相对于正常磁场,近零磁场处理下的白背飞虱短翅比例明显增高。另一方面,通过对白背飞虱5龄若虫保幼激素合成通路关键基因JHAMT,FAMeT和JHEH和蜕皮激素合成通路关键基因CYP307A1的时间动态表达分析发现,近零磁场引起的若虫发育历期延长表型与保幼激素和蜕皮激素滴度变化趋势一致,反映近零磁场可能通过调控激素信号通路影响白背飞虱若虫发育。25563

Research on the effects of near zero magnetic field on growth and development and the differentiation of wing type in the white-back plant hopper
Abstract: White-back plant hopper, a kind of rice plant hopper, is one of the most important rice pests in Asia. Besides, the Earth's magnetic field as a ubiquitous non-biological factor, in addition to the role of animal behavior in the direction of its strength changes can also produce biological effects of biological. Based on insect ecology, this paper studied the magnetic and biological effects of near-zero magnetic field on the development of white-back plant hopper (Lepidoptera) from the aspects of growth and development and wing differentiation. The results show that the near-zero magnetic field significantly prolongs the egg period and the developmental period of nymphs. In the case of wing type differentiation, the ratio of short wing of white-back plant hopper was significantly higher than that of normal magnetic field. On the other hand, the time-dependent dynamic expression analysis of key genes JHAMT, FAMeT and JHEH and the key gene CYP307A1 of the echelon synthesis pathway were studied. The results showed that the near-zero magnetic field and the changes of juvenile hormone and eczema hormone titer are consistent, reflecting the near-zero magnetic field may affect the development of the white-back plant hopper nymphs by regulating the hormone signal pathway.
