摘要:连作导致切花菊生长受到抑制,产量及品质下降。通过研究土壤深翻对切花菊‘神马’品质及根际土壤酶活性的的影响,为切花菊的生产实践提供理论依据及技术指导。试验共设3个处理:定植前正常翻土(对照,CK);定植前30cm的土壤深翻(SF30)和定植前40cm土壤深翻(SF40)。测定不同处理中切花菊株高、茎粗等生长指标、植株发病率和根际土壤蔗糖酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、脲酶活性。研究结果表明,深翻不仅能在一定程度上减少植株的发病率,提高菊花的产量和品质,并能显著提高土壤酶活性。其中SF40处理能显著提高切花菊株高、茎粗、植株干重、叶长、根鲜重和根干重等生长指标,蔗糖酶和脲酶活性较CK相比达到显著差异水平,分别提高了297.7%和206.6%,该处理为切花菊实际生产中连作防控的最优方案,将为切花菊连作障碍的防控提供理论依据和技术指导。26238

The effect of tillage on the soil enzyme activity in the Chrysanthemum ‘Jinba’ continuous cropping rhizosphere soil
Abstract:Continuous cropping leads to the inhibition of the growth of Chrysanthemum, the decline in production and quality. This paper studies the effect of the tillage on the quality of the Chrysanthemum and the activity of the soil enzyme in the rhizosphere soil, and provides the theoretical basis and technical guidance for the production practice of Chrysanthemum. The experiment had three treatments: normal turrets before planting (CK); The 30cm soil tillage (SF30) and the 40cm soil tillage (SF40) were set before planting. Determine the incidence of cut-flower chrysanthemum in different processing, such as plant height, stem diameter growth indicators, rhizosphere soil invertase activity and the activity of catalase, urease activity and rhizosphere soil PH. The results of the study show that the tillage can not only reduce the incidence of the plant, increase the yield and quality of the chrysanthemum, but also improve the activity of soil enzyme. Including SF40 treatment can significantly improve the cut-flower chrysanthemum plant height, stem diameter, plant dry weight, leaf length, root fresh weight and root dry weight, growth index, sucrase and urease activity reached significant difference compared with CK, increased by 297.7% and 206.6% respectively, and the treatment for cut-flower chrysanthemum continuous cropping the optimum scheme of prevention and control in the process of production, will be provides the theory basis for the prevention and control of continuous cropping obstacles and technical guidance.
