    开放式增温与不同施氮量对冬小麦镁吸收的影响
    引言:近年来,随着日益变暖的全球气候以及土壤的不平衡施肥,我国的土壤缺镁现象愈加凸显[1]。水土流失,降雨量大,土壤酸性、砂质,红、黄壤,氮、磷、钾等化学肥料的过量施用,这些因素都是直接导致土壤中镁元素愈发不足的原因。我国虽然是农业大国,人们开始对镁在植物生长过程中的重要性有所认识,但实际生产中镁肥的施用量还是甚微。近年来,因为不科学的施肥、灌溉措施和耕种制度,和长期的高产连作等,土壤中镁元素的消耗愈发严重,土壤中镁元素匮乏的问题开始逐渐暴露,植物因镁胁迫而呈现出的缺素症状也愈来愈突出。最近的调查研究表明,我国土壤缺镁面积约占全国耕地总面积的6%[2],可见镁元素的缺失,已经上升为了我国农业生产过程中一个迫在眉睫的严重问题。
