    摘要:因为抗生素的滥用,致使自然环境中抗生素的污染日趋严重,抗生素污染已成为目前国际上研究的热点。中国作为抗生素滥用最严重的国家之一,环境中存在的抗生素对其中生物的生长势必产生影响。为了解抗生素对植物生长过程中所产生的作用,本实验以三种草坪植物种子(高羊茅,马蹄金,三叶草)为材料, 通过草坪植物种子的发芽率、幼苗的根长和芽长的测定,研究不同种类抗生素(盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠、青霉素钠、阿奇霉素、头孢唑啉钠)在不同浓度梯度(25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、200mg/L,对照组为0mg/L)条件下对草坪植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在较低处理浓度的盐酸左氧氟沙星(≤100mg/L)抑制高羊茅种子的萌发,高处理浓度盐酸左氧氟沙星(200mg/L)明显促进高羊茅种子的萌发,其根和芽的生长却受到明显抑制且出现白化苗,阿奇霉素处理的高羊茅,其种子的萌发都呈现低促高抑的现象;头孢唑啉钠处理的高羊茅,其种子的萌发却都呈现低抑高促的现象;青霉素钠、阿奇霉素、头孢唑啉钠处理下的高羊茅根与芽的生长均受到抑制;盐酸左氧氟沙星、青霉素钠、头孢唑啉钠处理下的马蹄金和三叶草的萌发均呈现低促高抑的现象。三叶草根长在四种抗生素作用下都表现为抑制现象,而马蹄金根长在四种抗生素作用下呈现高促现象。三叶草芽长在高处理浓度盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠、阿奇霉素、头孢唑啉钠(200mg/L)作用下表现为抑制,在青霉素钠作用下影响不大。马蹄金芽长在盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠、阿奇霉素的作用下呈现出高浓度抑制现象,在青霉素钠作用下表现为高浓度促进,头孢唑啉钠作用下影响不大。38062

    Effects of Common antibiotics on the Seed Germination and seedling growth of 3 Species Turf Grass
    Abstract: The pollution of antibiotics has become a international hot spots of study because of the overuse of antibiotics. China is one of the countries which have the most serious question about the abuse of antibiotics. Antibiotics has an impact of the growth of livings. To learn the effects of antibiotics on plant growth, an experiment was carried out to explore the effects of different concentrations (25 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, the control of 0 mg/L)of antibiotics (levofloxacin sodium chloride, sodium penicillin, azithromycin, cefazolin sodium) on the seed germination and seedling growth of three turf seeds including tall fescue, Horseshoe, clover. The results showed that: the lower concentration of levofloxacin (≤100mg / L) inhabited the seed germination of tall fescue while high concentrations (200mg / L) significantly promoted seed germination and the root and shoot growth of tall fescue were obviously inhibited and appeared albino. The seed germination of tall fescue treated with azithromycin was promoted with low concentration and inhabited with high concentration, seedling root length and shoot length of tall fescue were obviously inhibited with the treatment of
     sodium penicillin, azithromycin and cefazolin sodium.The seed germination of Horseshoe Gold and clover were promoted with low concentration and inhabited with high concentration treated with sodium penicillin, azithromycin and cefazolin sodium. Four antibiotic had little effect on Clover root length, but increased the root lengths of gold horseshoe. The shoot length of Clove was reduced by high concentration (200mg / L) of sodium chloride levofloxacin, azithromycin and cefazolin sodium. The shoot length of Horseshoe gold was reduced by high concentration of sodium chloride levofloxacin and azithromycin ,cefazolin sodium treatment had little effect on the shoot length of Horseshoe gold.
