    摘要:为了探究壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌(Ceratocystis fimbriata Ellis et Halsted)的抑制作用,本次试验选取了四种不同种类的壳寡糖,将它们配制成四种不同浓度,并在不同的pH值下测试其抑菌能力。结果表明:甘薯黑斑病菌在含有4种不同种类壳寡糖的的PDA培养基上均能生长,其中在含有编号311壳寡糖的培养基上菌落直径最小,在含有编号409壳寡糖的培养基上菌落直径最大;分生孢子产孢量以编号311壳寡糖的培养基中最少,编号409壳寡糖的培养基中最多。表明编号311的壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌的抑制作用最强。在壳寡糖浓度为0~2 mg/mL区间内,壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌的生长有显著的抑制作用,当浓度为2 mg/mL时壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌的抑制作用最强,体现为菌落直径最小,分生孢子产孢量最少。当pH值为5时,编号311的壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌抑制作用最强,菌落直径最小,分生孢子产孢量最低。该试验结果对深入了解壳寡糖对甘薯黑斑病菌生长的抑制作用打下了基础。69050

    A preliminary study on the Inhibitory Effects of Several agricultural Grade Oligochitosan on Ceratocystis fimbriata

        Abstract:To explore the Oligochitosan on Ceratocystis fimbriata inhibition, this experiment selected four different kinds of Oligochitosan, they prepared in four different

    concentrations, the antibacterial activity was tested under different pH value. The results indicated that the pathogen could grow on PDA culture media with four different kinds of Oligochitosan. The maximum bacterial colony diameter was observed on the culture media with Oligochitosan 409, while the minimum bacterial colony diameter was observed on the culture media with Oligochitosan 311. The highest amount of spore production was obtained in the culture media with Oligochitosan 409, while least one appeared in the culture media with Oligochitosan 311. The results indicated that the strongest inhibiting effect on Ceratocystis fimbriata was showed by Oligochitosan 311. Oligochitosan inhibited the growth of the pathogen within 0~2 mg/mL range. The strongest inhibitory concentration was observed with 2 mg/mL as the colony diameter minimum and spores germination were both the lowest. When the pH was 5, the Oligochitosan 311 showed the strongest inhibitory action on Ceratocystis fimbriata, with the lowest colony diameter minimum and conidial sporulation. The test results of the in-depth understanding Oligochitosan inhibition of the growth of Ceratocystis fimbriata laid the foundation.
