摘要:猪的产仔数是影响养猪业生产效益的主要因素,分析产仔性状在群体内的遗传机制具有重要理论和应用价值。如果能提高猪的产仔性能,将直接提高养猪业的生产效率, 有利于养猪行业的发展。但是,产仔数是由一系列主基因或数量性状基因座控制,遗传力较低,传统的选育方法对产仔数提高进展缓慢且不稳定。随着分子遗传学及测定技术的发展,科学家们都开始寻找与产仔数相关联的基因或分子标记,以期为分子标记辅助育种提供依据。指导教师通过前期研究,发现了在13号染色体上与产仔数显著关联的QTL,并将位于13号染色体显著位点上下游100kb范围内的RBP1基因列为是影响二花脸群体内产仔数变异的功能候选基因。本研究采用PCR扩增技术与DNA测序技术对304头二花脸母猪位于13号染色体显著位点上下游100kb范围内的RBP1基因启动子区的13:88075242bp位点为候选研究SNP,并运用SAS软件对SNP基因型与其产仔数之间的关联性进行了分析。结果显示RBP1基因启动子区的13:88075242bp位点与产仔数无显著关联。38825

SNP identification of swine litter size affected by chromosome 13
Abstract:The litter size of pigs is an important factor affecting the production efficiency of pig industry, Analysis of the genetic mechanism of litter traits in the population has important theoretical and practical value. If litter size could be improved, it will improve the efficiency of the pig industry directly, which will be conducive to the development of the pig industry. Litter size is controlled by a series of major genes or quantitative trait loci, the heritability is low, Traditional breeding methods have litter effect in litter size. With the development of molecular genetics and measurement techniques, scientists have begun to find genes associated with litter size or molecular markers, in order to provide the basis for molecular marker-assisted breeding. Instructors through pre-study, Founding the QTLs associated with litter size on chromosome 13, and the RBP1 gene located in the range of 100kb upstream and downstream of chromosome 13 was listed as a functional candidate gene that affected the variation of litter size in Erhualian population. In this study, the 13: 88075242 bp locus of the RBP1 gene promoter locus in the range of 100 kb upstream and downstream of chromosome 13 was selected as the candidate SNP by PCR amplification and DNA sequencing, and using SAS software to analyze the correlation between SNP genotype and litter size. The results showed that the 13: 88075242 bp locus of RBP1 promoter region was not significantly associated with litter size.

猪13号染色体影响猪产仔数的SNP鉴别 引言:产仔数是现代畜禽产业重要的经济性状,它直接反映了该品种的生产水平,产仔数多的品种无疑有更高的经济价值。根据科学家研究,产仔数是一个数量性状,在遗传过程中受多基因控制,其中不仅有起主要作用的主效基因,还有许多微效基因的作用,且遗传力低,据估算,母猪的遗传力在0.1~0.15之间[1],而且是限性遗传,依靠传统的选育方法很难在短时间内提高猪的产仔数。因此近些年利用分子育种新技术成为研究的热点。母猪在繁殖性能上表现出的差异,主要是因为母猪本身不同的基因型,高产的母猪拥有高产的基因,低产的母猪有低产的基因 [2]。
