    摘要:粗纤文在猪生产上有重要作用,能为猪提供能量、改善动物福利、促进机体健康以及提高母猪繁殖性能。研究猪耐粗饲特性可为猪生产开发新型饲料资源,在一定程度上缓解人猪争粮矛盾,降低饲料成本。猪肠道内的纤文降解主要来自微生物的发酵,因此,肠道内纤文降解微生物的研究就成为近年来解析地方猪耐粗饲机制的一个研究热点和重要方向。苏淮猪是我国自主培育的具有耐粗特性的新品种,为解析其耐粗的肠道微生物机制,本试验比较了7月龄、8月龄苏淮猪的NDF、ADF的表观消化率后,选择7月龄和8月龄NDF消化率最高和最低的5头猪,对结肠和盲肠内容物分解纤文菌进行real-time PCR,比较了高、低纤文消化率苏淮猪结肠、盲肠内白化瘤胃球菌和柔嫩梭菌的丰度差异。结果表明:8月龄苏淮猪的NDF、ADF表观消化率均显著高于7月龄(P<0.05);7月龄苏淮猪结肠内白化瘤胃球菌丰度显著高于盲肠(P<0.05)。低消化率组中,结肠内柔嫩梭菌丰度极显著高于盲肠(P<0.01);8月龄苏淮猪结肠和盲肠内白化瘤胃球菌柔嫩梭菌丰度和差异均不显著;7、8月龄苏淮猪结肠、盲肠内容物内白化瘤胃球菌和柔嫩梭菌的丰度在高、低纤文消化率组间均无显著差异。38823

    Preliminary analysis of the characteristics of intestinal microflora related to roughage feed in Suhuai pigs
    Abstract:Crude fiber plays an important role in pig production, providing energy for pigs, improving animal welfare, promoting animal health and improving reproductive performance of sows.  Study on the characteristics of pig roughage tolerance can be used to produce new feed resources for pig production, and to some extent alleviate the contradiction between human and pig for grain and reduce feed cost. The fermentation of fiber degradation in intestinal tract of swine mainly from microorganisms, intestinal microbial degradation of fiber has become a research hotspot and an important aspect in the analysis of local pig crude feed tolerance mechanism. Suhuai pig is our self cultivation of new varieties with resistance of crude properties, for its resistance to intestinal microbial mechanism analysis crude, this experiment compared 7 and 8 months of age in Suhuai pigs NDF, apparent digestibility of ADF, July and August were age NDF digestibility of the highest and lowest 5 pigs, the colon and cecum of cellulolytic bacterium by real-time PCR. The difference of digestibility between high and low fiber digestibility, colon and caecum, albino, rumen coccus and Clostridium difficile was studied. The results showed that: NDF, apparent digestibility of ADF of Suhuai pigs in the age of 8 months were significantly higher than that of that of those in the age of 7 months (P<0.05); Albino Ruminococcus abundance in the colon was significantly higher than that in the cecum (P<0.05). For low digestibility group, Clostridium leptum abundance in the colon was significantly higher than that in the caecal (P<0.01). Diferrences of the abundance and the differences of old albino Ruminococcus Clostridium leptum between the colon and cecum of Suhuai pigs in the age of 8 months were not significant. The abundance of albino Ruminococcus and Clostridium leptum in the content of colon and cecum of Suhuai pig in the age of 7 and 8 months were not significant difference between the high and low fiber digestibility group.
