摘要从学校不同植物根际土壤中分离出一系列的解磷微生物,并对其中活性较高的3株溶磷菌的解磷能力进行了定性定量测定。实验发现菌株034的溶磷活性最好,该菌株能够很好地溶解磷酸三钙、磷酸铝、磷酸锌,其中对磷酸三钙和磷酸锌的每升培养液的可溶磷增量分别高达302.5 mg和203.5 mg 。相较于菌株034,菌株009、006的溶磷能力较低且只能溶解磷酸三钙和磷酸锌,菌株009对磷酸三钙和磷酸锌的每升培养液的最高可溶磷增量分别为289.5 mg和223.5 mg,而菌株006对磷酸三钙和磷酸锌的每升培养液的可溶磷增量分别仅有197.1 mg和74.5 mg。经分析鉴定菌株034属于曲霉菌属的黑曲霉,菌株009、006为假单孢菌属的典型种弯曲假单胞菌。实验表明,菌株009和006的培养液的酸度变化与溶磷量有一定的相关性,而菌株034的培养液的酸度变化与溶磷量没有直接关系,可能是034菌株在摇瓶培养的过程中除了有机酸之外还分泌了其它非酸类的物质。43640

Screening and identification of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in soil
Abstract A series of phosphate dissolving microorganisms were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of different plants collected from Jiangsu Normal University, and the phosphorus removal ability of 3 strains with high activity was determined quantitatively. The results showed that the strain 034 had the best solubilizing activity. The strain was able to dissolve three calcium phosphate, aluminum phosphate and zinc phosphate, in which the soluble phosphorus increment of three calcium phosphate and zinc phosphate was up to 302.5 mg and 203.5 mg per liter, respectively. Compared to strains 034, strain 009, 006 soluble phosphorus ability is low and can only be dissolved phosphate calcium and zinc phosphate, the phosphoric acid calcium and zinc phosphate per liter of culture of strain 009 were 223.5 mg and 289.5 mg, while strain 006 were 197.1 mg and 74.5 mg per liter, respectively. Identification of the strains showed that strain 034 belongs to Aspergillus niger, 009 and 006 were the members of the species Pseudomonas geniculate. The experiment showed that the broth medium acidity changes of train 009 and 006 are related to soluble phosphorus content, while strain medium acidity changes of strain 034 and soluble phosphorus content has no certain relationship, this maybe the reason that strain 034 secretes other non-acid material except for organic acids during the culture time.
