摘要:从河南省郑州市3个苦瓜种植园区采集苦瓜枯萎病样品,采用组织分离法分离,获得了23株病原菌菌株。根据病原菌的培养性状、形态特征观察结果,结合分子系统学研究方法对其进行分类鉴定,结果表明,所获得的苦瓜枯萎病菌为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum Schl)。在此基础上,对这些病原菌进行了致病性测定和寄主专化性测定,结果表明,这些病原菌对4个苦瓜品种具有明显的致病性,而对其他的供试瓜类没有致病性,因此,可证明苦瓜枯萎病是由尖孢镰刀菌苦瓜转化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. momodicae Sun &Huang)引起的。48869

Isolation and Identification of Fusarium Species from Wilted Bitter Gourd in Henan Province
Abstract: 23 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 3 bitter melon planting garden in Zhengzhou City, Henan province. According to the result of pathogenic bacteria culture characteristics, morphological characteristics and observation, combined with molecular system research methods in the for classification and identification. Results show that, the obtained Bitter Melon Fusarium Wilt (Fusarium oxysporum Schl) Fusarium oxysporum. Based on, for these pathogens of pathogenicity and host specificity determination. The results showed that these pathogens of four varieties of balsam pear has obvious pathogenicity, and the other for tested melon is not pathogenic, therefore, can prove bitter gourd wilt by Fusarium oxysporum balsam pear transformation (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. 河南省苦瓜枯萎病病菌的分离鉴定引言
枯萎病是瓜类作物的灾难性病害之一,该病害是一种土传真菌病害,农作物整个生长期都能发病,但以开花期和结果后发病最盛。被害植株幼苗期表现为子叶和接近子叶的两片真叶变黄枯萎,中午萎蔫下垂,似缺水状,但萎蔫叶早上和晚上能够恢复正常,随后萎蔫叶片逐渐增多,遍及全株。结果期病株叶片出现黄色网状条纹,中午萎蔫,浇水后即可恢复,持续几天后,茎基部萎缩,整株枯萎,切开病茎观察,可见维管束呈深褐色或黄褐色。近年来,由于设施农业的广泛推广,瓜类重茬面积扩大,瓜类枯萎病发病率约为15%~20%,严重时高达80%,减产40%以上,甚至绝产,严重影响瓜类等经济作物的产量和品质,制约农业的可持续发展[1]。
