    摘要鱼鳃是鱼的重要器官,它的基本功能是承担气体交换,同时鳃还可以排泄氯化物、调节渗透压等,从而保持机体内环境的稳定。一氧化氮合酶(NOS)是一种具有三种亚型的同工酶——细胞因子诱导型(iNOS)、内皮细胞型(eNOS)和神经型(nNOS),诱导型和神经元型一氧化氮合酶会损害神经,具有神经毒性作用,而内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)会保护神经。本实验旨在研究鲫鱼在钡的影响下活动、体重、一氧化氮合酶活性的变化。实验的对照组不加任何试剂,实验组是0.1  mmol/L Ba、1.0  mmol/L Ba、2.0  mmol/L Ba浓度的处理鲫。接着,实验小组分组观察鱼在96 h中的游动往返次数以及是否发生跳动。其后进行鲫鱼鳃组织的剥离,评价不同浓度的钡对鱼重量、一氧化氮合酶活性影响。从结果中可看出,鲫鱼在钡的环境下体重有所减轻,活动复杂。鲫鱼鳃组织在钡的环境下TNOS、eNOS活力上升,呈促进作用,但随着钡离子浓度的增加,促进作用先上升后减少;而iNOS经钡溶液处理后活性上升,且随着钡浓度的增加,iNOS促进作用逐渐增强。50727

    Effect of Barium on NOS Enzyme Activity in Gill of Carassius auratus

    Abstract

    Gills are important organs of fish. Its basic function is to assume gas exchange, at the same time, gill can also discharge chloride, regulate osmotic pressure and maintain the stability of the body environment. Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is one of the three isoforms of the isozyme, incuding cytokine induced type (iNOS), endothelial cell type (eNOS) and neural type (nNOS), Inducible and neuronal nitric oxide synthase can damage the nerve, and has a neurotoxicity, and the role of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) will protect the nervous. Nitric oxide derived from endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) protects the nerves. The aim of this study was to study the changes of activity, body weight and nitric oxide synthase activity of Carassius auratus gill under the influence of barium. The experiment was carried out with 0.1 mmol/L Ba, 1.0 mmol/L Ba and 1.0 mmol/L Ba concentration as model group. Then, the experiment was observed the number of trips and the occurrence of beating in the 96 h. At the end of treatment, fish were sacrificed and the gill tissue of Carassius auratus was collected, and the effect of different concentrations of Ba on  the weight and the activity of nitric oxide synthase activity was evaluated. The results showed that in the barium solution environment, the weight was reduced, and the behavior of Carassius auratus was complex. Under the influence of Ba, the activity of eNOS and TNOS increased in the gill tissues of Carassius auratus, but with the increase of the concentration of Ba, the promoting effect first increased and then decreased; And the activity of iNOS was increased after the treatment of barium solution, and with the increase of the concentration of Ba, the iNOS promoting effect was gradually enhanced.
