摘要:地籍测量与地籍数据入库是城镇数据入库是城镇地籍管理中是一个非常重要的问题。本文以淮安市天明幼儿园为例,研究了小型地籍数据的数据测量与数据入库。着重讨论基于 WalkISurvey平台将图像数据转化为标准的数据文件。以利用walk图形数据达到数据入库的要求。本设计以淮安市1:500地形数字化为例,确定测区为位于淮安市天明幼儿园,包括教学区和娱乐区2个部分。测区内建筑相对比较整齐,且碎部点多,适合全站仪的操作,使用全站仪和RTK采集淮安市天明幼儿园的地形地物数据,并用WalkISurvey处理成图,绘制成内容丰富的天明幼儿园的宗地图,将繁琐的手工测量转为计算机控制下的机械操作,缩短了原始野外测图的时间,减轻了工作强度,提高了测图的精度与效率。52089

Abstract:Cadastral survey and cadastral database is a town of data storage is a very important problem of Urban Cadastral management. This paper takes Huaian City dawn kindergarten as an example, studies the data measurement and data of small cadastral data warehousing. This paper focus on the WalkISurvey platform will be the image data into standard data file. In order to achieve the data storage requirements using walk graphical data. The design of 1:500 digital terrain in Huaian city as an example, to determine the measured area is located in Huaian City, dawn kindergarten, 2 parts including teaching area and entertainment area. In the survey area building relatively neat, and the broken point, for the total station instrument operation, the use of total station and RTK collected from Huaian City dawn kindergarten terrain data, and processing into a diagram by WalkISurvey, drawn into the rich content of dawn kindergarten Clan Map, the tedious manual measurements into mechanical operation of the computer control under the original field mapping, shorten the time, reduce work intensity, improve the accuracy and efficiency of map.
