摘 要：改革开放以来，我国经济发展水平不断提高，人民的生活日益改善．淮安市的经济也得以迅速发展，但是，淮安城乡经济发展还很不均衡，城乡居民消费差异愈加明显．要妥善处理这一问题，必须采取有效措施，来制约城乡居民消费差异的不断扩大．文章通过选取2008年至2012年间的经济统计数据中的城乡居民消费数据，并利用统计软件加以计算与分析，得出了相应的分析结果，并依此提出了一些行之有效的对策和建议．68089

Abstract: Since the economic reform and opening up, China's economic development has improved continuously, and the people's lives are increasingly improving． The economic of Huaian has also developed rapidly． However, Huaian's economic development in urban and rural areas is still very imbalanced, and the consumption differences between urban and rural residents have become more and more obvious． To handle this issue properly, effective measures must be taken to restrict the widening of the consumption differences between urban and rural residents． By selecting urban and rural residents' consumption data from economic statistic data from 2008 to 2012, and using statistical software for calculation and analysis, the paper obtains corresponding analytical results and propose accordingly some effective countermeasures and suggestions．
