摘要:21世纪是一个充满竞争的世纪。这种竞争不仅反映在对资源、资金和市场的占有上,也更加突出地表现在对人才的需求方面,而人才的竞争归根到底是教育的竞争。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出:“振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。”可见,提高教师的素质与能力,是振兴民族和科教兴国的关键。[1]47911
杭州第四中学作为杭州市重点高中,其体育教学实施选课,教学工作严谨、认真,其学校的田径队、篮球队在杭州市独占鳌头,在教学方面也与我校有较多的合作,研究杭州第四中学体育教师教学能力,对杭州市高中体育教师教学能力有一定的代表作用。
本文结合杭州第四中学体育教师教学能力的现状,予以详细的分析解答,在论文的实用性着手,为高中体育教师教学能力建设,贡献自己的一份力量。

Abstract
