    摘要提出了一种以EEMD（系综经验模分解）为主体的声韵分割算法。声韵分割算法是完成语音识别的重要前提。运用EEMD算法，让程序可以在复杂的语音环境下更可靠、更准确的找出声韵分割点。69352

    在不同的噪声环境下，通过选取短时能量和短时平均过零率作为特征参数，运用EEMD算法，分解出多个原语音中不同频率的成分，并对其进行傅氏变换，得出时域和频域图形。再通过语音中声母和韵母的发生规律和各自特点，找出声韵分割点。数值仿真结果表明：与传统的短时能量和短时过零率方法相比，EEMD的算法准确性更高，可以更加直观检测到声韵分割点，且可以在复杂环境下较好的实现声韵分割。

    Title  Research on initial/final segmentation for Chinese in complex environment                                  

    Abstract

    A algorithm of initial/final segmentation is proposed, which is based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD). Initial/final segmentation is the important prerequisites of speech recognition. With the use of this method，we can find out the initial/final segmentation point more stably and more accurately.

    With analysis of selecting short-time energy and short-time average zero-crossing rate as the characteristic parameter, using the segmentation of EEMD, decomposing the parts of different frequency in multiple original speech，and obtaining time-domain and frequency-domain graphics by using Fourier transform. Finally，finding the rule of initial and final, and finding out the initial/final segmentation point. As shown in the experiments, compared with traditional algorithms, this algorithm can be used higher accuracy rate and superior.
