摘要本论文通过介绍了使用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件模拟6061铝合金抜长变形的具体实验过程,并且大胆提出了利用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件来提取应变曲线,用于研究材料学中拔长过程的应变场分布情况。同时,在两块60mm* 60mm * 120mm 6061铝合金坯料进行拔长实验,并采用螺纹法来获取实验数据,对数值模拟结果的合理性进行实验验证,并借助Grigin8.0软件作图,从而用高斯函数对对称轴处压应变分布规律进行拟合。经模拟出来的结果,表明:铝合金坯料在拔长过程中,压应变的峰值随着距中心位置的距离值由小到大而从对称中心处的两侧逐步向对称中心处集中,从而达到锻透状态。为保证实际操作的效率及合理性最大化获取最多实验数据,我们需要取得未锻透至锻透的过渡共10组数据。先通过有机玻璃的多次模拟实验,我们进行了连续抜长工艺的数值模拟并提出了改进方案,最后设计出一套最佳的方案,通过一系列拔长变形实验模拟结果进行了验证,模拟结果与实验结果基本符合。20515

Study on the strain field distribution of the material drawing out
Abstract
This paper introduced by using DEFORM 3 d finite element analysis software to simulate the deformation of 6061 aluminum alloy sorting long specific experimental process, and boldly put forward by using DEFORM 3 d finite element analysis software to extract the strain curve, used in the study of material science long pull the strain field distribution of the process.At the same time, the two pieces of 60 mm * 60 mm * 120 mm 6061 aluminum alloy billet with long pull experiment, and USES the method of screw thread to get experimental data, the numerical simulation results verify the rationality of the experiment, and with the aid of Grigin8.0 mapping software, thus using gauss function fitting was carried out on the axis of symmetry of compressive strain distribution.By the simulated results, show that aluminium alloy billet in the process of drawing out, compressive strain as the distance from center position of the peak value step by step from small to large and from the center of symmetry on both sides of the focus to the center of symmetry, so as to achieve forging through state.In order to ensure the efficiency and rationality of actual operation to maximize profit most experimental data, we need to get not forged through and forging through the transition of a total of 10 sets of data.Through many simulation experiments of organic glass first, we conducted continuous sorting the long process of numerical simulation and the improving measures are put forward finally designed a set of solutions, through a series of long pull deformation experiment simulation results are verified, simulation results and the results are basically in agreement with the experiment.
