摘要光学相干层析技术(Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT)是一种新兴的光学成像技术,其具有非接触式的探测方式以及实时高分辨率探测的优点,被应用在活体组织观测领域。与经典时域OCT相比,频率域OCT具有更高的分辨率以及更快的成像速度,逐渐成为光学成像技术研究的新热点。本文从原理与实验两个角度对微米分辨率频域OCT系统进行了讨论。论文一开始对OCT的研究背景、发展历史以及国内外研究现状进行了简要的阐述。然后从理论角度分析了频域OCT是在传统时域OCT系统基础上的改进。接着介绍了频域OCT的实验系统组成部分以及系统的参数。参与设计了一套频域OCT系统,并运用软件对信号进行了色散补偿,验证了它在微米分辨率成像的可能性。本论文对于改进频域OCT技术的研究具有一定的参考价值。21818

Title Study of the micron-resolution spectral domain optical coherence tomography
Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a new optical imaging technique, which is characterized by its noncontact measurements high resolution imaging in real time. OCT has been applied in the field of biopsy observation. Compared with the conventional OCT technique, spectral domain OCT(SDOCT) has higher resolution imaging speed. SDOCT has become a new hotspot in the field of optical imaging technology. In this thesis both the imaging performance and the experimental realization of the SDOCT were analyzed in details. First of all, the background and the history of the development of the research both in China and other countries were reviewed. Secondly, it was shown that SDOCT was an improvement of the TDOCT. Some important equipments of the system and their detailed parameters were then discussed. A SDOCT system was then designed established with other people in the group. Finally dispersion compensation by software was given, which demonstrated the possibility of micron resolution imaging by SDOCT. The result would be helpful for further research in SDOCT.
