摘要针对我国国产钢轨QU120在使用中会出现塑性压展和纵向开裂现象,而对于德国钢A150却没有相关的问题这一现象,以改善国产QU120的质量,通过Pro/e模拟结构,建立力学模型;Hypermesh进行网格离散,定义约束条件和边界条件以及利用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析和计算,对德国钢A150重载轨道与车轮间的接触应力进行了分析,并找出了A150重载轨道的设计力学原理。在此基础上,还与QU120国产重载轨道设计力学原理进行了对比分析。研究结果显示:A150钢重载轨道与车轮接触应力和变形与自重等有关。轮压和自重越大,接触应力和变形越大。但由于轨道的弹性模量较大,使得变形也是在弹性变形范围内。这些研究成果对改善国产QU系列钢轨有着至关重要的作用。同时,通过分析研究过程,提高了我们对相关软件的认识和使用熟练度。22769

Title the Contact Stress and Deformation between Heavy Rail and Wheel
Abstract
In view of China's domestic rail QU120 plastic stretching and longitudinal cracking phenomenon in use, and the related problems of this phenomenon is not for the German steel A150, in order to improve quality of domestic QU120, simulating the structure by Pro/e, establish the mechanical model; Hypermesh grid discretization, constraint condition and boundary condition definition and ANSYS Co. element analysis software analyzed and calculated by, stress analysis were carried out on the German steel A150 heavy rail and wheel contact, and the design principle of mechanics of A150 heavy rail. On this basis, but also with the domestic QU120 heavy rail design principles of mechanics are analyzed. The results showed that: A150 steel rail and wheel contact stress and deformation and weight etc. . The wheel pressure and self weight is greater, the contact stress and deformation is large. But because the elastic modulus of orbital deformation is also larger, so that in the elastic deformation range. These research results are of great importance to the improvement of domestic QU series of rail. At the same time, through the analysis of the process, to improve our understanding of the related software and proficiency.
