摘要:随着我国工业化进程的不断提高,粉尘问题也愈加突出。粉尘的危害不仅体现在对人体健康的威胁和对机器、设备的磨损上,更体现其在火灾爆炸方面的危险性。本论文旨在通过查阅资料文献,了解国内外风管内粉尘运动特性的研究现状。以铝合金粉为研究对象,将水平风管与PIV系统结合,搭建实验平台,进行通风管道内沉积粉尘再次扬起的实验研究。通过实验数据分析粉尘颗粒物在风管内的传播特性,进而对受限空间内粉尘运动规律性作出初步结论。47468

Experimental Study on Secondary Flying of Deposit Dust in Ventilation duct
Abstract: With the improvement of the level of industrialization, the dust problem is becoming more and more serious. The dust harm is not only to human health and wear of machines, equipments, but also reflected in the aspect of the fire and explosion hazard. The purpose of this paper is, through consulting literature, to understand the research status of characteristics of the dust movement in ventilation ducts at home and abroad. Aluminum alloy powder is as the research object, horizontal ventilation ducts are combined with the PIV system to build the experimental platform, then perform the experimental studies on secondary flying of deposit dust in ventilation duct. Through experimental data, find out the transmission characteristics of particles in ventilation ducts, and then to make a preliminary conclusion of the regularity of the dust movement in confined space.
