摘要工业内窥镜是一种在各个工业领域都得到广泛应用的检测装置,该装置可以通过将尺寸较小的探头送入弯曲封闭的环境中来获取未知的内部环境信息。使用三维测量的方式可以相对精确地测得工业装置内部的三维形貌,深度,高度等信息,在工业生产中十分必要和实用。为了达成工业生产中的非接触式检测的目的,本文将从光学三维测量的基本方法出发,采用光栅投影和傅里叶变换法进行理论和实验探究,给出测量方案。本文主要研究的内容分为三部分:一是基于结构光照明的光栅投影法的研究;二是基于Matlab软件的图像处理,目的是更加准确地提取物体的三维信息;三是从图像中提取物体的高度信息,重建物体的三维形貌。基于四步移相法的照明方式理论上虽然可以相对准确地描述物体的三维形貌,但是由于其装置复杂,不适应工业内窥镜对仪器尺寸的要求,并且该方法需要十分准确地移动光栅,在操作上加大了难度。本文中所使用的傅里叶变换法可以有效地解决该问题。在理想状态下只需要一幅或两幅图像就可以相对准确地获得别测物体的表面信息64819

Title 3-D Measurement Technology of Industrial Endoscope
Abstract Industrial endoscope has been widely used in various industrial fields as a kind of detection equipment which is able to send small-sized probes into bending and closed environments to gain the information from the inside. Information like 3-D shape, height, or depth of the inside of industrial equipment can be measured rather accurately in the way of 3-D measurements. This is quiet necessary and apply in industrial stuff. The content of this paper can be pided into three parts, the first one is the grating projection based on structured lighting; the second one is the digital processing of images based on Matlab to get the 3-D information of the object exactly; the third one is to calculate the height of spots on the object, rebuild the3-D shape of the object. The traditional measurement based on the 4-step phase shifting method acquires exact raster movement and complicated structure of the machine which is not so convenient in industrial endoscopes. Our paper solved this problem by using the method called Fourier transforming method which can rebuild the 3-D shape of objects needs only one or two images.
