摘 要目前我国正在进行的新课程改革注重“以人为本”的教学理念,重视学生全面发展。近几年“学案导学”模式凭借其切合新课改理念的优势脱颖而出,并有效克服了传统教学模式中存在的缺陷。笔者认为“学案导学”模式虽然培养了学生的能力,但它更适用于学业水平高的学生,没照顾好各学业水平层次的学生。为改善这一问题,建立出相对更好的教学模式,笔者试着将其与“同伴互助”模式进行融合互补,创设出更适合全体学生物理教学、有益于全体学生全面发展的教学模式。笔者在实习期间对“学案导学,同伴互助”模式在高一年级物理课堂展开实施。通过对学生课堂活动的观察及课后学习效果的分析,发现该模式能促进各层次学生参与课堂活动的积极性,提高了参与度,培养了学生能力的同时提高了学生整体成绩,特别是各层次学生的成绩均得到了提高。由此可见该教学模式相对更好。本文笔者针对该教学模式展开了初步探索。该论文有表1 个,参考文献28 篇。51393

"Learning Plan Guidance, Peer Coaching"Exploration in Physics Teaching in Middle Schoo
lAbstract At present, the new curriculum reform in our country pays attention to theteaching idea of "people oriented" and all-round development of students. In recentyears, the "learning plan guidance" mode with the advantage of compliance with thenew curriculum ideas come to the fore, which effectively overcomes the defectsexisted in traditional teaching mode. The author thinks that "learning plan guidance"mode while cultivating the ability of students, but it is more suitable for highacademic level students, did not take good care of each academic level of students. Inorder to improve this problem, establish a relatively better teaching mode, the authortry to make the "learning plan guidance" and "peer coaching" mode to complementeach other, to create a teaching mode which is more suitable for all the students inphysics teaching and is beneficial to the all-round development of all students of theteaching mode.During the internship the author implemented the "learning plan guidance, peercoaching" mode in high physics class. Through analysis on students' classroomobservation and after-school learning effect, it was found that the mode can promoteall levels of students to participate in classroom activities, increase the participationand cultivate the students' ability, at the same time improve students' overallachievement, particularly students at all levels of performance have improved. Thisshows that the teaching mode is relatively better.In this paper, the author launched apreliminary exploration of the teaching mode.
