摘 要:本文以硝酸铜和硝酸铈为原料,用草酸和草酸铵为络合剂,采用固相反应法制备了CeO2-CuO催化剂,并对所制备催化剂进行了TPR和XRD表征。考察了不同CeO2含量的催化剂对一氧化碳的催化氧化活性。XRD结果表明,二氧化铈含量的增加对氧化铜具有很好的分散作用,使氧化铜粒径变小;TPR结果表明,不论采用哪种方法制备,当二氧化铈的含量为15%时,具有最佳的低温还原特性,且产物的催化活性最好。用草酸络合化使催化剂当中的氧化铜成分分散性好于采用草酸铵作为络合剂所制备的催化剂样品。CO活性评价表明,当二氧化铈含量15%时,活性中心数目最多。但采用草酸作为络合剂所制备的催化剂催化氧化活性温度均低于采用草酸铵作为络合剂所制备的催化剂样品。32580

Study on Preparation of CeO2-CuO catalyst and its catalytic oxidation of CO by solid state reaction method
Abstract:In this paper, we ues the copper nitrate and cerium nitrate as raw material,ammonium oxalate and oxalate as complexing agents,prepare the CeO2-CuO catalyst by solid phase reaction.,
The XRD and TPR characterization of the prepared catalysts were also carried out.The catalytic activity of the catalysts for carbon monoxide was investigated by the catalyst of different CeO2 contents.The XRD results show that the ceria content increase of copper oxide has good dispersion and the copper oxide particle size is smaller; with the same time,the TPR results showed that the regardless of the adoption of what kind of preparation method when ceria content is 15%, with optimum temperature reduction characteristics.And the catalytic activity of the product is best.The oxidation of copper in the catalysts was better than that of the catalysts prepared by oxalic acid as the catalyst.CO activity evaluation showed that the number of active centers was the highest when the content of two was 15%.However, the catalytic oxidation activity of the catalyst prepared by oxalic acid as complex agent is lower than that of the catalyst prepared by ammonium oxalate as complexing agent.
