摘要：旧有工业园区的发展模式多半是偏向只注重经济效益，忽视环境保护，但随着人类社会的进步，环境问题逐渐显现出来，也催化着工业园区的转型发展。现代工业园区及各类产业园区的规划设计更加注重整体的环境景观及企业形象展示，这既是企业走向国际化的需求，也是城市发展对工业园区的必然要求。本设计以“十八大”关于建设生态文明的指示为核心指导思想，结合近年来的环境改造实例，对工业园区内的空地进行改造和配套的景观方案设计，使之成为集休憩、游览、展示和治理的综合性绿地，力求到达为今后建设新型工业园区规划发展起到示范作用的目标。 22248

Abstract：The old model of development of industrial parks mostly tend to focus only on
economic, environmental neglect, but with the progress of human society, environmental issues
came to the fore, but also catalyze the transformation and development of industrial parks.
Modern industrial park and all kinds of industrial park planning and design of pay more
attention to the overall environment, landscape and corporate image display, this is not only the
demand of the enterprises to go global, and is the inevitable requirement of urban development
of industrial park. This design with "the eighteenth big" xi on the instructions of the
construction of ecological civilization as the core, chairman of the guiding ideology, combined
with the reconstruction of the environment in recent years, the field of industrial park
transformation and the landscape design of form a complete set, make it a set of recreation,
sightseeing, display and management of comprehensive green space, makes every effort to
reach for the future construction of the new industrial park planning and development play an exemplary role.

1 引言
1.1 项目研究背景
工业园是19世纪末工业化国家作为一种规划、管理、促进工业开发的手段而出现的。
作为工业发展的一种有效手段，工业园区在降低基础设施成本，刺激地区经济发展，向社
区提供各种效益的同时，也给人类的生存环境带来了巨大的威胁。
工业园区为我国经济飞速发展做出了巨大的贡献，但它也带来了不少的环境问题。人
们认识到，工业园区的建设必须改变过去单一的经济目标，创造一种新的科学的生态理念，
将生产与环保、生态与消费有机结合起来，这就是生态工业园。“十八大”上，习近
平主席更是把大力建设生态文明提上了议程，指出“建设生态文明，实质上就是要建设以
资源环境承载力为基础、以自然规律为准则、以可持续发展为目标的资源节约型、环境友
