设计总说明/摘要方案设计从基地背景出发，结合场地临近河流和公园，多绿化的特点，充分体现上海嘉定区提倡环保的区镇政策和临水而居的历史文化。从河上建楼的历史建筑,如南翔等古城镇中提炼整合出各种形式的建筑元素 ，运用到本博物馆建筑中，使之在满足功能需求的同时，更具艺术表现性和建筑元素的熟悉性。从无序的空间组合到有规律的布置形成一定秩序感，形成独特的建筑群形状，又接近于传统南方水乡的元素。同时这也是一个生态化的现代建筑，可以融入到基地周边的公园中去，在城市规划的宏观角度起到一个城市绿肺的作用；为了达成这个目标，在基地的微观角度运用了如机械式停车位，创造建筑绿核等多种手段，巧妙地将生态这一概念融入到建筑中。 通过屋顶花园的设计，为人们提供一个自由开敞的趣味性游客休憩交流的开放空间，吸引游客来到屋顶花园来度过他们的休闲时间，在中庭里形成一个有活力的交流空间，同时保证可以饱览河对面公园的景色，人们也可以享受这亲近自然的时光。在博物馆的中心真正成为使用者活跃的中心。 在功能空间和交通上满足办公、参观、后勤等各种需求，更好地为使用者服务。在其不同的功能空间的衔接上运用了大量灰色空间，如在阅览空间上采用更为开放的方式，开架为主，更加现代化、信息化、开放化，让游客和办公人员都可以更自由的活跃在这灰色空间里。70090

Design Description/Abstract
