摘要:近年来食用菌食用安全问题已经变成了日益受大家关注的问题,由于食用菌的生长环境和其本身的形态,使得在其表面上的农药残留较多并且难以去除。本实验以平菇为实验材料,首先用农药氰戊菊酯的添加回收实验进行实验方法的建设。第二步,分别用日常生活中的自来水洗涤,洗涤剂洗涤,盐水洗涤,碱水洗涤,淘米水洗涤,5种洗涤方法浸泡清洗添加过多菌灵、吡虫啉、氰戊菊酯三种农药的平菇,由此确定平菇的最佳洗涤方法。最后,选用农药多菌灵,添加在长有平菇菌丝的马铃薯液体培养基中,进行培养观察,测定平菇菌丝对农药的富集能力。所有实验表明,5种洗涤方法对平菇子实体的农药残留均有去除作用,尤以5‰的盐水洗涤效果最佳;在培养过程中,菌丝中农药的含量随培养天数的增加而增加。实验的结果为日常生活提供了便利,可以为研究食用菌生产农药残留的问题提供参考依据。24270

The removal of 3 kinds of pesticide residues in pleurotus ostreatus and research the enrichment of mycelium
Abstract: In recent years,pleurotus ostreatus safety issues have become increasingly concern by everyone.As the pleurotus ostreatus growth environment and its own form,Pesticide residues on their surface are more and difficult to remove.In this experiment, the experimental material is pleurotus ostreatus.Firstly,use the add recovery experiment of fenvalerate to build experimental methods.Secondly,Used water , detergents , salt , lye ,rice water five kinds of cleaning methods to washing pleurotus ostreatus that contain imidacloprid , fenvalerate , Carbendazim three pesticides. To determine the best Washing method of mushroom.Finally,Select pesticide carbendazim,Add it to Potato broth that have mushroom mycelium,be Cultured and observed,determination of mushroom mycelium enrichment capability of pesticide.All experiments show,five kinds of washing pleurotus ostreatus methods have the effect of removal of pesticide residues,and the 5‰Brine is the best method for washing.In the training process,The content pesticide in mycelium increases with the number of culture days.The experimental results provide a convenience to daily life.Can provide a reference for the study of the problem of pesticide residues in pleurotus ostreatus production.
