    摘要:作为并不是芳香化合物的二茂铁,因为分子中存在铁原子,使二茂铁及其衍生物显示出极其多样的理化性质。因此,全世界都在十分积极的对二茂铁及其衍生物的合成、性质和分子结构进行研究,数十年来从未衰退。二茂铁以及含有磷碳键的磷酸酯类化合物因为其独有的物理化学性质和多种多样的结构受到全世界化学家的大量关注,此类化合物在不仅能与金属离子配合,用来制备具有新颖结构和特殊性质的金属有机配合物,同时它们又在不对称催化、生物活性分子、超导材料、磁性材料、光化学、电化学等方面具有广泛的应用前景。最近几年,磷杂二茂铁类和二茂铁磷酸类衍生物因为其特殊的结构和广泛的应用也逐渐引起人们的重视,所以,二茂铁含磷类衍生物的研究现已成为二茂铁化学研究中的一个重要分支。设计与探究二茂铁含磷衍生物的合成已成为当前金属有机化学和有机磷化学的重要研究课题。24434
    本课题为探索性实验,通过逆推法分析,确定反应思路,之后首先由苯甲醛和氨水反应进行希夫碱的合成,然后利用希夫碱与亚磷酸酯反应来合成α-氨基亚磷酸酯,最后我们利用二茂铁甲酸与α-氨基亚磷酸酯反应进行二茂铁磷酸酯的合成方法的探究。为了对二茂铁磷酸酯的合成方法的探究,我们设计并采用了三苯基磷、751氯乙烷法以及活化酯法等方法来进行肽键的构建。从而分析了各种不同方法在二茂铁类有机磷化合物的合成方面的特点。

    Abstract: Ferrocene as a benzene, aromatic compounds as a result of the existence of molecular fe atoms, the physical and chemical properties of ferrocene and its derivatives show unusual multiple samples. Therefore, countries of ferrocene and its derivatives synthesis, properties and molecular structure of the research is very active, getting it for decades. Ferrocene and phosphonic acid ester compounds containing phosphorus carbon bonds with its unique chemical and physical properties and perse structure received extensive attention of chemists all over the world, this kind of compounds in not only in asymmetric catalysis, bioactive molecules, superconducting materials, magnetic materials, photochemistry, electrochemistry and other fields have broad application prospects, and at the same time they can cooperate with metal ions, used for the preparation of novel structure, metal organic complexes with special performance. In recent years, the phosphorus mixed ferrocene and ferrocene phosphonic acid derivatives on the particularity of structure and application of generalized also gradually aroused people's attention, therefore, containing phosphorus ferrocene derivatives has become an important branch of ferrocene chemical. Design and synthesis of ferrocene phosphorous derivatives has become the current metal organic chemistry and organic phosphonic chemistry important research subject.

To analyze the features of the various methods in the synthesis of ferrocene organophosphorus compound.
