摘要: 本课题旨在研究八种消毒剂的不同稀释浓度对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌在不同作用时间和温度下的杀灭效果。为了提高养殖场、公共场所的卫生水平及设备器械的清洗及消毒质量,选择合适的化学消毒剂提供依据。采用平板菌落计数法对八种不同消毒剂的杀灭菌效果进行了比较。结果显示:消毒剂LH1、LH2在1:400及以下稀释浓度对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌的杀灭效果为100%;消毒剂LH3、LH4、LH5、LH7、LH8在1:500及以下稀释浓度对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果几乎为100%;消毒剂LH3在1:100及以下稀释浓度对葡萄球菌的杀灭效果为100%;消毒剂LH4、LH5、LH7、LH8在1:400及以下稀释浓度对葡萄球菌杀灭效果几乎为100%;消毒剂LH6在1:1000及以下稀释浓度对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果为几乎100%,在1:500及以下稀释浓度对葡萄球菌杀灭效果为100%。结论:八种消毒剂杀灭菌效果及使用浓度略有不同,可结合需要,选用不同消毒剂。26598

The effects of eight different disinfectants on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were studied
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of eight disinfectants for different dilution concentrations against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus at different reaction times and temperatures. In order to improve the sanitary level of public places and the quality of cleaning and disinfection of equipments, the proper chemical disinfectant is selected to provide the basis. The germicidal efficacy of eight different disinfectants was compared by plate count method. Integrated results display: the bactericidal efficacy of 1:400 diluted disinfectants LH1 and LH2 on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 100%; the germicidal efficacy of disinfectants LH3, LH4, LH5, LH7, LH8 in 1:500 and below dilution was 100% for Escherichia coli; the bactericidal efficacy of disinfectant LH3 in Staphylococcus aureus under dilution 1:100 and below was 100%; disinfectant LH4, LH5, LH7, LH8 at 1:400 and the following dilute concentration of the staphylococcus aureus are 100%; disinfectant LH6 has a 100% effect on Escherichia coli at 1:1000 and the following diluted concentration, which is 100% for staphylococcus aureus at 1:500 and below. It is concluded that the germicidal efficacy and concentration of the eight disinfectants are slightly different, and different disinfectants can be used in combination with the needs.

八种消毒剂对大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌杀灭效果的研究
目前,由于化学消毒剂的普遍应用,给养殖场和其他公共场所的消毒工作带来了极大的方便,保证了环境和物品的消毒质量,降低了饲养动物的感染发生率,从而提高了养殖业的生产效率[1]。同时生产过程中各个阶段会遭到来自微生物的污染,所以必须要采取一定的措施使微生物污染处于受控制状态或者完全被消除,可是由于化学消毒剂存在的种类繁多,均不同程度存在优缺点,而消毒又是实际生活和科研工作的重要一环,因此,为选择一种杀菌效果好、腐蚀性低的化学消毒剂,本文对江苏立华公司所研制的八种未上市的新品消毒剂的相关性能进行了杀灭细菌效果的比较[2]。
