摘要:消毒是预防与控制病毒传播与流行的有效方法,为检测八个不同厂家生产的同一种消毒剂杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的能力,通过鸡胚感染试验,以接种鸡胚尿囊液中H9N2亚型禽流感病毒血凝价<2 log2判为感染阴性,以样品与病毒作用后检测不到病毒含量(即0EID50)为病毒完全杀灭(100%杀灭病毒),研究八个不同厂家生产的同一种消毒剂(1-8号)在不同浓度下,不同温度(室温/4℃)与H9N2亚型禽流感病毒作用10min和30min的杀灭率。结果显示:1,2,6,7号消毒剂在室温/4℃,1:3000以下稀释度,作用10min 和30min 均能100% 杀灭H9N2 亚型禽流感病毒。3 号消毒剂在室温,1:1500以下稀释度,作用10min能100% 杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,在4℃ ,1:1500以下稀释度,作用30min 能100% 杀灭H9N2 亚型禽流感病毒。4号消毒剂在室温/4℃ ,1:1500以下稀释度,作用10min和30min均能100% 杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。5号消毒剂在室温,1:3000以下稀释度,作用10min和30min均能100% 杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,在4℃ ,1:1500以下稀释度作用10min,1:3000以下稀释度作用30min均能杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。8号消毒剂在室温,1:50以下稀释度,作用10min和30min均能杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,在4℃,均不能杀灭H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。说明1,2,6,7号消毒剂对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的杀灭效果较显著,其他依次为3号,5号,4号,8号。28047

Inactivation effect of the same disinfectant produced by eight different manufacturers on H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus
Abstract: Disinfection is an effective way to prevent and control the spread and prevalence of viruses. To detect the ability of the same disinfectant produced by eight different manufacturers killing avian influenza virus, through chicken embryo infection test, inoculation of chick embryo allantois fluid H9 subtype avian influenza virus blood coagulation <2 log2 sentenced to negative infection, after the reaction of samples and viruses, we determined that the virus was completely killed by detecting the virus content of zero. Testing the killing rate of the same disinfectant (LH1-8) produced by eight different manufacturers at different concentrations, different temperatures (room temperature / 4 ℃), 10min and 30min reaction with H9N2 avian influenza virus. The results show: No1,2,6,7 disinfectant at room temperature / 4 ℃, less than 1: 3000 dilution, the role of 10min and 30min can kill 100% H9N2 avian influenza virus. No. 3 disinfectant at room temperature, less than 1: 1500 dilution, the role of 10 minutes to 100% kill H9N2 avian influenza virus, at 4 ℃, less than 1: 1500 dilution, the role of 30min to 100% kill H9N2 avian influenza virus. No. 4 disinfectant at room temperature / 4 ℃, less than 1: 1500 dilution, the role of 10min and 30min can kill 100% H9N2 avian influenza virus. No. 5 disinfectant at room temperature, less than 1: 3000 dilution, the role of 10min and 30min can kill 100% H9N2 avian influenza virus, at 4 ℃, less than 1: 1500 dilution effect 10min, 1: 3000 dilution below 30min can kill H9N2 avian influenza virus. No. 8 disinfectant at room temperature, less than 1:50 dilution, the role of 10min and 30min can kill H9N2 avian influenza virus, at 4 ℃, cannot kill H9N2 avian influenza virus. Indicating that 1,2,6,7 disinfectant on H9N2 avian influenza virus to kill the effect is more significant, followed by the third, No. 5, No. 4, No. 8.
