摘要:在科技发展的今天,人们对工件加热的要求越来越高,对工件加热的需求越来越大,传统的加热方式已远远无法满足人们的需要。感应加热技术作为一种环保高效的加热能源,已经广泛的运用在多个行业中。相较于传统的加热方式,感应加热具有对金属材料拥有加热速度快,效率高,的优点,并且感应加热避免了以煤,石油等燃料燃烧为能源,大大降低了对环境的污染。同时感应加热方式具有可实现自动控制的优点,为工件的大量加热提供了更好的方式。21744
随着感应加热热处理技术的不断进步,本课题的研究,对日后感应加热的发展也将具有重大意义。
本文简要介绍了感应加热电源的原理,并且阐述了感应加热在国内外的发展水平,以及以后的发展趋势。通过参数计算,电路构建,仿真模拟三大模块完成了感应加热电源的设计及仿真。
其中参数计算部分,包括了感应加热器,感应加热冷却水两部分的计算。电路构建主要分析了整流,逆变两大部分。最后通过功率仿真完成了最后的仿真模块。

Design and Simulation of Induction Heating Power Using Matlab
Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the demand of people for heating workpiece is higher and higher, the quantity of the workpiece heating is bigger than before, the traditional way of heating has couldn’t satisfy the needs of the people. Induction heating technology, as a kind of environmental protection and efficient heating energy, has been widely used in many industries. Compared with the traditional heating mode, the induction heating of metal materials has advantage of the higher heating speed, higher efficiency and avoids the use of coal, oil and other fuels , reduces the pollution to the environment greatly . To the induction heating method ,the automatic control can be realized, this will provide a better way to a large number of workpiece heating.
With the continuous progress of induction heating technology, this research, will has a great significance to the development of induction heating in the future .
This paper briefly introduces the principle of induction heating power , and the development level of induction heating, both at home and abroad is expounded and the development trend in the future. With the three modules,construction of circuit and simulation ,this paper completes the design and simulation of induction heating power supply.
Calculation of circuit parameter, including the two parts: induction heater, induction heating and the cooling water . Circuit building mainly analyzes the rectifier and inverter. At last, the paper is completed by simulation module finally.
