摘要: 随着世界经济发展,以及煤炭等不可再生资源日益紧张的利用率,改善和提高自然循环炉控制系统的控制能力在提高锅炉热效率、节省能源和提高经济效益等方面具有重要的实际意义。
本文详细地分析了自然循环锅炉的组成结构以及其主要的工作过程,重点描述了燃烧控制系统,文中把自然循环炉控制系统分成汽包控制系统、燃料控制系统与蒸汽控制系统三个部分,通过分析主要模拟了过热蒸汽流量的控制和烟气含氧量的控制,重点分析了其中会干扰到系统正常安全运行的各项因素。设计控制方案时,我运用了 S7-300PLC进行控制程序的设计,对单闭环控制系统和串级前馈控制系统进行了相关的仿真实验,通过对仿真结果的分析,改进后的系统与单闭环系统相比,更能够克服内扰,并且能够更有效地加快系统的反应速度。22723
然后,我通过组态王软件来设计上位机的监控界面和运行界面,并且实现组态与PLC的连接以实时监控西门子PLC的运行状况。同时,用组态王来模拟一个负压被控系统,为了构建出负压控制的混合仿真平台,实现在没有实际控制对象的情况下,能够达到在模拟现场调试PLC,检查PLC顺序逻辑控制是否可行,验证所用的控制算法是否有效。

Natural circulation boiler process control system design (combustion system)
Abstract:With the development of the world economy , as well as coal and other non renewable resource utilization , and improve the control ability of natural circulation boiler control system has important practical significance in improving boiler thermal efficiency , save energy and improve economic benefits.
This paper first analyzes the structure and working process of natural circulation boiler burning control system , mainly , pides into the drum control system, fuel control system and steam control three part system furnace control system with natural circulation, mainly to simulate the superheated steam flow control and flue gas oxygen content control, focus on the analysis of the factors of safety can interfere with normal boiler system. In the design of control scheme, design using the S7-300PLC program, the simulation experiment of single closed-loop control system with cascade and feed forward control system, simulation results show that, the improved system compared with the single closed loop system, can better overcome the disturbance, and can effectively accelerate the reaction speed of the system.
Then, using KingView to design the PC monitor interface and operation interface, and is connected with the PLC to run in real-time monitoring Siemens PLC function. At the same time, to simulate a negative pressure controlled system by Kingview, construct the negative pressure control hybrid simulation platform, in order to achieve no actual control object, achieve the simulation debugging PLC, used to check the feasibility of PLC sequential logic control and correct, validate the control algorithm is effective.
