在冷凝式燃气热水锅炉的控制系统中,对于锅炉燃烧过程的控制是一个很重要的环节,如何最大限度的提高燃气锅炉的安全性、经济性和可靠性,具有重要的研究价值。本文中阐述了该燃烧系统的组成和详细配置,以及实现的功能和方法,设计了一种基于模糊PID控制算法的锅炉控制系统,实现了对冷凝式燃气热水锅炉系统的燃烧自动控制。
针对目前现有的燃气热水锅炉燃烧控制系统的构成和控制方式进行了分析,对原有常规的PID控制进行改造,目的是为了适应控制对象实时变化的特点,使用模糊控制器对PID控制器参数进行自动在线调整的优势,使得PID控制器能够脱离对控制对象模型的依赖实现控制。
详细介绍了模糊PID控制器的设计过程,并利用仿真软件MATLAB对控制系统进行了仿真处理。

Design of temperature control system for coal fired boiler
Abstract :In recent years, gas hot water boiler with its unique economic, efficient, environmental protection characteristics, gradually paid more and more attention. The condensing gas boiler is mainly refers to through the condensing boiler flue gas of water vapor, make its release latent heat of vaporization, reduce exhaust smoke temperature, reduce exhaust smoke heat loss, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler a heat exchange equipment.
In the condensing gas hot water boiler control system for boiler combustion control is a very important link, ho to improve the maximum gas boiler safety, economy and reliability, has the important research value. This paper expounds the combustion system composition and detailed configuration, as well as the realization of the function and methods, design a kind of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm of boiler control system, realize the condensing gas hot water boiler system of automatic combustion control.
In view of the present existing gas hot water boiler combustion control system composition and control mode are analyzed, the original conventional PID control to carry on the transformation, the purpose is to adapt to the control object real-time change, with the characteristics of fuzzy controller for the parameters of the PID controller automatically online adjustment advantage, make PID controller to control the object model can from dependence to realize control.
Detailed introduces the fuzzy adaptive PID controller design process, and use the MATLAB simulation software of control system for the simulation process.
