摘要温度是我们熟知的一个物理变量,温度不但与我们的生活品质相关,而且在工业生产方面也有很大影响。温度对于生产生活如此重要,那么做好温度控制在工农业上的安全生产,生活上的品质提高上面有很大的作用。68860
本文简单介绍了智能温控系统的设计过程。该设计采用STC89C52做为控制中心,使用的是数字化传感器DS18b20,它可以不间断的进行温度的测量,并能设定温度报警范围,超过范围有继电器驱动的升降温设备,测量结果实时显示在数码管上。此外还增加了AT24C02存储器,能够读取以往工作时设定的数据。该设计具有体积小,价格低廉方面的优势,适用日常的生产和生活中的温度测量和控制。

Temperature Control System Based on Single Chip
ABSTRACT
Temperature is a physical variable that we know very well. The temperature is not only related to the quality of life,but also has a great influence on the industrial production. The temperature is very important for the production and life,as long as we control temperature well,which can have an good effect on production safety and quality of life.
This paper briefly describes the design process of intelligent temperature control system. The design adopts STC89C52 as the control center and uses Digital sensor DS18b20, which can continue to measure the temperature and can set temperature alarm range. It can also drive heating and cooling equipment. The measurement results are displayed on the digital tube in real time. The design also has increased the AT24C02 memory, which can read before working set of data. The design has the advantages of small size and low cost, which is suitable for the temperature measurement and control in daily production and life.
