摘要厂总降压变电所是工厂供配电的重要组成部分,它直接影响整个工厂供电的可靠运行,同时它又是联系发电厂和用户的中间环节,起着变换、接受和分配电能的作用。电气主接线是总降压变电所的主要环节,电气主接线的拟定直接关系着全厂电气设备的选择、配电装置的布置、继电保护和自动装置的确定,是决定变电所电气部分技术经济性能的关键因素。本设计是35/6kV降压变电所及高压配电系统的设计。首先,进行车间负荷统计和无功功率补偿,确定主变压器及各车间变压器;从技术和经济等方面,通过了两种方案的比较,选择经济、可靠、运行灵活的主接线一次方案。其次,进行短路计算和设备的选择、校验;然后,确定工厂电源进线、母线和高压配电线路。最后,进行二次回路方案、整定继电保护、防雷保护和接地装置的设计。设计结果可以满足精益冶金机械修造厂供电的可靠性,并保证各车间电气设备的稳定运行。25596

Title A metallurgical machinery factory total step-down substation and power distribution system design
Abstract:
The total step-down substation plant is an important part of power system.It has a direct impact to reliable operation of the ertire power system of factrory,which is also relates the power plant and user's middle link, plays the role of shifting and assigning electric energy. The host connection directly related to the choice of electrical equipment the layout of power distribution equipment ,and outmatic protection devices identified of the whole plan,which is the key factor deciding substation electrical part technical economy directly.
This design is about 35/6kV step-down high-voltage substation and distribution system. First, it carries on the workshop load statistics and the reactive power compensation, definite main transformer and various workshops transformer; From aspects and so on technology and economy, adopted two kind of plan comparisons, the choice economically, reliable, the movement nimble main wiring first power document. Next, it carries on the short circuit computation and equipment's choice, the verification; Then determines the factory power source coil, the bus bar and the high pressure distribution line. Finally, it carries on the secondary circuit plan, the installation relay protection, the anti-radar protection and the grounding design.
The design result may satisfy the jingyi mechanical repair shop power supply the reliability, and guarantees the various workshops electrical equipment's steady operation.
