    摘要水处理的运用可以给人们生活提供放心水质,随着科技的日新月异 ,工业生产中智能控制显得越来越重要,通过掌握水处理的不同特点,在净水厂的水处理各个环节都尽可能的运用控制自动化,这对提高水厂出水水质,确保水质质量有着极大帮助。所以,我们应该不断努力去研究和发展控制自动化系统。26784
    水厂在工艺流程上一般,采用混合、沉淀、过滤、消毒这四个传统工艺流程,从而确保水厂水质能完全达标,运用控制自动化系统可以提高出厂水的水质、节约水厂生产成本、确保水厂能不断提供优质放心的水。本文设计选用了 IPC+PLC的控制系统,其中上位机的监控软件选用组态王软件,下位机控制硬件选用西门子S7-200,最终目的是设计出一套能符合水厂水质监控要求的自动化系统。在一般情况下,为达到系统的各部分控制要求,需要对硬件设备进行选型,并运用组态王来构建监控界面,使上位机能够随时监控系统的当前状况并可以同时设置系统的工作参数,从而简化系统的控制,并且使用组态王编写了一个能进行自动操作的程序。

    Title    A monitoring system in water works                    
    Abstract
    Water treatment is the key to ensure residents living water quality.With the development of science and technology, intelligent control has been used increasingly in the industrialized production, the automatic control is introduced into the water treatment process according to the characteristics of the water treatment,It is very important to improve the quality of tap water and water supply . Therefore, how to improve various purification process of water treatment and the level of automation control is a very importance and worthy research task.
    The purification process increased two links of the ultrafiltration and ozone and activated carbon adsorption unit in this paper.lt is very helpful to ensure water quality standard completely. And automatic control is the important measures of waterworks to improve effluent water quality, save production costs, ensure quality continuous water supply . This design uses the IPC + PLC control system of with kingview as a PC monitor system software, and Siemens S7-200 as subordinate computer.
    The final purpose is to design a set of can meet the requirements of the water quality monitoring automation system.To achieve the control requirements of the system, the selection of hardware equipment is well achieved, and with the kingview, I designed the configuration monitoring interface, allows the PC to the condition of the real-time monitoring and control system and can set the working parameters of system, so it can simplify the system control. A program that enables automation of system operation is also by viewking.
