摘要:有资料显示,泵类机械设备、风机的转速控制负载所消耗的功率占整个电力消耗的70%以上,因此,提高它们的运行效率对于节约能源具有举足轻重的作用。大多数泵类都采用交流电机驱动,传统的方法是采用调节闸阀(挡板)来控制流量。显然 ,在小流量情况下,大量的电能被消耗在客服挡板所引入的阻力上,驱动系统并没有因流量减小而降低功率。
在交流调速的世界里,各种调速方法繁纷复杂,各有各的特点,对于居民小区供水系统的增压系统,考虑其所具有的特点,则选取串级调速系统的方法可以得到理想的效果。并可将吸收的转差功率回馈电网。运行效率高,当电机或调速系统设备出现故障时,可以切换至全速运行,避免系统瘫痪。
经过多方考证,对比,本次设计决定采用串级调速系统的方法来使居民小区供水增压系统达到稳定运行的效果,采取三闭环反馈系统,分别设置电流环、转速环以及供水水压环,通过电流、转速和水压的信号反馈,来达到对电机转速的自动调节功能,使水压恒定在0.7MPa左右,使居民小区供水能够实现稳定供水,用水量变化时可以快速自动增压,避免停水或供水压力不足的情况,当用水低峰时又能降低泵机转速来节约能源。27741

The system of Residential water supply automatic pressurization

Can be absorbed back slip power grid. High operating efficiency, when the motor speed control system or equipment failure, you can switch to run at full speed, avoid system collapse.
After much research,than I decided to adopt this design cascade control system approach to the residential area of the water supply system to achieve stable operation of the booster effect, take three closed-loop feedback system, respectively, set the current loop, speed loop and the water pressure ring through current, speed and pressure feedback signal to achieve the automatic adjustment of the motor speed, enabling constant at 0.7MPa water pressure around the residential area of water supply to achieve a stable water supply, water changes can be quickly and automatically pressurized, without water or water pressure is insufficient to avoid the situation, when low water peak time but also reduce the pump speed to save energy.
