    摘要随着我国工业化程度越来越高,电磁阀的应用范围越来越广,我们对电磁阀的性能要求也越来越高.由于它的性能优越于其他的一些阀,所以它在工业领域的地位也非同凡响,受到的关注也日益增多。因此越来越多的学者和研发机构加大了对电磁阀及其测试系统研究力度。在这样的时代背景下,我们开展了电磁阀测试系统方面的研究。本文是针对气动电磁阀的流量特性、响应特性的性能测试方法进行了研究和设计。51521

    第一章概述了电磁阀和电磁阀测试系统的发展历史。重点举例介绍了国外电磁阀测试系统的研究水平和未来的发展方向,然后分析了国内在这一领域发展的现状和不足,并提出了本课题的研究意义和告知了接下来要做的工作。

        第二章图文并茂的讲解了电磁阀的基本结构以及工作原理,并结合其工作原理分析了响应特性存在的原因及具体表示方法。接着重点介绍了国际标准IS06358制定的流量特性的表示方法、测试方法和计算公式。最后结合前面对响应特性的分析提出了响应特性的测试方法。

        第三章主要是根据对流量特性、响应特性及各种测试方法的研究,设计了一个基于计算机和数据采集的测试系统。依次介绍了测试系统测试台架的设计、气动回路的设计和相关元件选型,最后对软件界面和各功能模块进行了设计。

        第四章回顾了整个设计过程,提出了设计过程中存在的一些问题,并给出解决方案,最后展望了未来的研究方向和发展前景。

    Abstract The development of science and technology make industrial production from manual to automated operation, the solenoid valve control system as the primary control element, fast response, simple structure, strong anti-pollution, reproducible, stable and reliable operation, small size, light weight , low power consumption and low cost advantages make it more and more favored by the industrial sector. In this paper, the performance test methods for flow characteristics, response characteristics of pneumatic solenoid valve have been in-depth analysis, based on this paper presents a comprehensive performance test system design and making an implementation.

    The first chapter in order to explain the history of the solenoid valve breadth and importance of its application, analyzes and summarizes the studies of solenoid valve test system at home and abroad as well as development trend, and on this basis, the significance and content of the research were proposed.

    In chapter two, based on the basic structure and the working principle of the solenoid valve, the detailed analysis of the pneumatic solenoid valve test performance have been done. Then focus on the flow characteristics test method developed by the international standard IS06358, and analyzed the relationship between various parameters, lay an important foundation for system design of the test subjects, and gives the response characteristics test methods.

    The third chapter is mainly based on the flow characteristics, response characteristics, and various test methods of research, designed a computer-based test and data acquisition systems. This paper describes the hardware system design, component selection and software design, and gives the approximate design process.

    In chapter IV, the main research work of the full text is summarized and an outlook on future work and direction for further research.
