摘要检测技术是研究信息的提取、转换及其处理的一门应用技术科学。一个完整的检测系统包括三部分:传感器(Sensor)、信号调理器(Signal Conditioner)和输出单元(Output Unit)。
信号调理装置是对传感器输出的电信号进行加工处理的单元,目的是使电信号规范化、标准化,便于与后续显示或应用环节衔接。主要有放大、滤波、非线性处理和信号变换等几大功能块,使用的工具主要是电子技术和计算机技术。60104
本课题主要设计了恒流源信号调理电路、微小型电荷放大器、差分放大电路和热电偶电路四个信号输入处理模块。滤波电路模块在二阶低通有源滤波器的基础上,通过级联成为一个七阶低通巴特沃斯滤波器。此外,还设计了一个万能电流模块,它为电路中其他模块提供稳定的工作电压和电源电压。
本课题设计的万能调理装置主要是能使用于各种类型的传感器(如电荷型、ICP型、压阻型、电压型等),并且具有较高的测试精度。

Title Universal Conditioners circuit design
Abstract Detection technology is an application technology science of information extract, transform, and the processing of signals. A complete test system consists of three parts: Sensor、Signal Conditioner and Output Unit.
Signal processing unit is to process the signals output by sensors,the purpose is to make electrical signals standardization, easy application and so as to be easily linked up with the display module. It mainly includes the amplification, filtering, nonlinear processing and signal transform function modules. The technology used is mainly electronic technology and computer technology.
This project is mainly to design four signal processing modules, including a constant current source signal regulate circuit, micro small charge amplifier, difference amplifier and a thermocouple. The design of filter circuit module is through a cascade into a seven order low-pass Butterworth filter, on the basis of second-order low-pass active filter. In addition, by designing a universal current module, we can provide stable working voltage in the circuit
We can use various types of sensors, such as charge, ICP, pressure resistance, voltage, etc, in the universal regulating device and the device has high test accuracy.
