摘要 IEC61850是新一代基于通用网络通信平台变电站自动化系统的国际标准,它为智能变电站的实现提供了基本的理论依据"在智能变电站构建中,采用智能终端作为一次设备的数字通信接口,是目前实现过程层一次设备智能化比较理想的方案。本文首先介绍智能终端的研究背景,并对智能终端国内外相关产品作了调研。在分析智能终端功能特点的基础上,按照IEC61850建模方法,构建了智能终端的IED信息模型,设计了智能终端总体实现方案,本文进行了基于硬件平台的软件设计,探讨了在功能实现上的几个关键问题,重点分析了GOOSE通信原理和程序实现方法。通过GOOSE通信的抓包分析,验证了智能终端基本能够达到技术规范与实际项目中的主要功能要求。本文基于IEC61850的智能终端设计为产品的样机制造和投运奠定了基础, 在电力行业具有一定的应用价值。65564

Abstract
IEC61850 is anew generation of international standards based on the general network communication platform for substation automation system.This standard provides the basic theoretical basis of the realization Smart Substation.In Smart Substation building,the use of digital communication interface of the Intelligent terminal as the primary equipment is the ideal solution to achieve process layer device intelligent.
This paper first introduces the research background of the Intelligent terminal and conducts research of Intelligent terminal related products at home and abroad.On the basis of the analysis of the Intelligent terminal features, the IED information model of the Intelligent terminal is constructed in accordance with IEC61850 modeling method. This paper has done a preliminary test. Then, software designed based on this hard ware platform,and on the function to achieve several key issues to be explored. GOOSE communication principles and procedures of implementation are analyzed.
Through the GOOSE communication packet capture analysis to verify the Intelligent terminal can achieve the technical specifications and functional requirements in the actual project.IEC6185O-based Intelligent terminal design on product prototyping and later put into operation laid the foundation has practical value in the power industry.
