摘要突发事件因其突发性,未来性,不可预知性和破坏性的特点,若抢救不及时有效,会造成更大破坏,因此针对突发事件,需要建立一个行之有效的应急方案。如何建立应急方案,对于已有方案如何进行不断地改善,成为一项重大问题。鉴于可视化仿真建模技术的发展,由于可视化技术的直观性与仿真系统的可重复测试运行,很适合对突发事件自然灾害进行模拟,以此为基础进行救灾模拟,从而得出救灾最佳方案。因此本文对突发事件及其可视化建模进行研究。为此,本文的主要工作包括:60602
(1)阐述了可视化仿真建模技术的发展及其技术特点,重点介绍了仿真软件Creator的独特作用。
(2)结合灾害应急环境特点以及应急预案内容,分析了对于灾害应急的可视化建模内容。
(3)利用Creator软件建立一个突发事件应急场景模型,并在该场景模型下模拟分析突发事件应急救援过程。仿真效果表明,采用可视化建模的方法在突发事件应急救援分析的过程中,具有良好的参考意义。

Title Methods of visual modeling for the rescue plan of emergency events
Abstract
Emergency events have the characteristics of being unpredictable ,destructive ,and happen in the future . Without effective or prompt rescue ,they can lead to greater damage. So , it’s become more and more important to draft an effective rescue plan aimed at rescuing in time. But how to draft the rescue plan and how to improve the plans already done have been another problem coming after. For the development of visual modeling technology ,now we can simulate a visual environment that can be tested repeatedly, which is quite suitable for modeling the accidents. Based on the simulation , we can test the rescue plan and analysis the results , studying what to do to improve our rescue plans . Accordingly, this paper research the methods of visual modeling for the rescue plan of emergency events. The research mainly include:
(1)The development and characteristics of visual modeling technology , introducing the unique software of modeling ,Multigen Creator.
(2)Analysis the contents of visual modeling for emergency and accidents based on the environment and the rescue plan.
(3)Modeling the emergency events by Creator, we simulate the rescue plans based on the models and analyze the procedure of it. The results prove that visual modeling can be quite useful in the analysis of rescue plans of emergency events.
