摘要啤酒销量的日益增加使得确保啤酒瓶的安全显得极为重要。本课题意在研发自动检验啤酒瓶口裂纹以及瓶内残余液的系统。可以快速,高准确率的达到对酒瓶检测的目的。以及可以在生产当中实际应用。61625
本文通过查阅书籍,以及了解啤酒行业的现状,指定出了一套研究方案。本方案主要是通过图像处理技术,对获得的进行处理,如:灰度化,阈值分割,膨胀腐蚀等常用的手段,使得图像达到满意的标准最后进行判别。程序方面主要是通过C++程序处理,来编写程序。
通过研究和实际的操作,本课题完成了从获得图像,到图像经过系统处理,最后得出判别结果的整个过程,也完成了每一个程序的和编写和调试。经过实验分析准确率能达到60%以上,系统当中的一些部分还需要改进和调试,用更好的办法处理,其中最重要的是在获得图像时,光照不均匀,使得判断会出现很大的错误,误认为亮光为缺陷,使得准确率下降。
