摘要本文以“飞思卡尔”杯智能汽车竞赛为背景,以智能车用较短时间跑完全程为目标,提出了以线性CCD为核心传感器的光电导引车控制系统的硬件设计方案。其主要内容包括系统所需组件的选型、电路原理图设计和PCB图的绘制,以及车模机械结构的改装。在设计过程中,充分考虑各种情况,采用模块化设计思想,设计出由电源模块、电机驱动模块、速度检测模块、舵机驱动模块、蓝牙通信模块、线性CCD模块、MCU核心控制模块和人机接口模块等组成的硬件系统。最后,对系统进行了组装、调试及优化改进。实验结果表明,设计的光电导引智能车硬件系统满足设计要求。68287

Title Design and Implementation of Intelligent Vehicle for the Ninth Freescale Cup—Hardware Design of Optical- Guided Vehicle Control System
Abstract
Based on the "Freescale Cup" intelligent car competition,the hardware design of optical-guided vehicle control system with a linear CCD as the core sensor is proposed in this paper, aiming at completing the race as soon as possible. It mainly includes selection of system components needed, schematic designing and PCB drawing,and design of car’s mechanical structure .Taking all cases into account, the hardware system is designed by modules, including power module, motor drive module, speed detection module, servo drive module, blue-tooth communication module, linear CCD module, control module of MCU and human-machine interface module, etc. Finally,the system is assembled, tested and improved. Experimental results show that the designed hardware system of the optical-guided intelligent car can meet the requirements.
