摘要为了适应航空模型比赛的规定和热衷于航模的朋友们对航模的飞行高度的限制要求,本文对可以自行限制航模飞行高度的装配进行了设计。用户可以事先设定好飞行的高度范围,当实际的的飞行高度低于最大值时就停止对油门发送PWM信号,反之则继续飞行;当高度低于最小值时就继续传送油门信号保持正常飞行。70321
该航空模型限高仪的组成有控制模块、数字式气压传感器模块、蓝牙模块和电源模块,以STM8S208芯片构成的模块为中心控制部分,其他模块分别与它相连接,电源模块是用来给整个仪器供电的。该仪器主要分为三个功能模块,它们分别是关于飞行高度的用于采集调理的模块、作用于对电机电调的的掌控部分和通信输入输出部分。采集调理模块是取用数字式传感器收集来得数据输送到单片机核心控制部分;用于数据输入输出的通讯部分是使用接口把数字式传感器获取到的值通过蓝牙通讯模块输送到PC机或者手机以便于热衷于航模的朋友可以实时具体的观察到航模的工作状态和飞行高度。利用对油门PWM信号进行中断从而遏制发动机继续工作来达到限制航空模型飞行高度的目的是本文设计的重点。

Abstract Today, the model is becoming more and more rapidly, its altitude is increasing. STM8 height limits on the device as the core control system based on single-chip microcomputer, using pressure sensors for height measurement, the principle of the sensor is the use of air pressure decreases with height. Until flight end yihou will pressure sensor measurement to of data of value through data output interface and computer connection, and in program in advance set good qualified height, if no arrived qualified of height, so limited high instrument on will continues to output zhiqian sampling of PWM wave of throttle signal; if RC airplane flight height is greater than or is equal to set of height, so limited high instrument of data output interface on will interrupted remote control received device of signal through, such aviation model of drive device on will stop work, to reached limit height of role.
The model height-limiting instrument with STM8S208 as the core system, including storage devices, pressure sensor, power input, interface, Bluetooth modules, and Governor of the receiver interface modules. STM8S208 single-chip control circuit and storage devices, pressure sensors, programming and data output adaptation interface connection. Collection of modules including altitude conditioning modules, microcontroller to read users ' settings to control pressure sensor sampling rate; communication interface module is a pressure sensor to measure the value of the data transferred via the data output interface to computer. Suspended drive device through interrupt control signals to achieve the high objectives is key to the design.
